Workshop: Yin Yoga and Sound Bath
Join Yin Yoga teacher Isabella and her colleague Vikrant, a native of Nepal and a Certified Sound Therapist with Boston Vibrations, on Sunday, February 8 for a Sound Bath Workshop. This workshop focuses on healing through the transformative power of sound and vibration. New to Yoga?
Ask about a private lesson that helps you understand the sequence and postures of yoga. Use the contact page to request more information. A 45 minute lesson is $30, an hour lesson is $40.
About the studio
Welcome! Join us in a new yoga studio in West Roxbury that welcomes everyone regardless of skill, identity or body type. We are located at 28 Corey Street, right across from the Highland Commuter Rail stop.
Want to try tree yoga? Enroll in our grand opening special which is five classes for $30. You will be able to explore several of our classes to find the ones that are right for you. Just register for your first class, and then select the grand opening special at checkout. (You can’t purchase the special without registering for a class, but don’t worry, it will be available for a while!)
Already love yoga? The year long unlimited is $80 per month, billed monthly. If you are someone who practices yoga twice a week, the average cost of class is approximately $10 per class.
